On May 13th, Xuhui District of Shanghai officially released the list of 2025 “Open Bidding for Key Projects” in medical artificial intelligence (AI) application scenarios. Shanghai DeSmart successfully made the list with its project titled “WeChat Work Family Doctor Intelligent Service Scenario Aided by Artificial Intelligence”!
This selection was jointly organized by the Health Commission of Xuhui District, the District Office for New-Type Industrialization, and the District Data Bureau. Its aim is to strengthen the innovative application of AI technology in the field of health and healthcare, and improve the efficiency and quality of medical and health services.
Shanghai DeSmart’s innovative solution focuses on the intelligent service scenario of family doctors. Relying on the WeChat Work ecosystem and integrating AI technologies such as big data analysis, it provides community residents with one-stop services including precise health management and personalized health education. This helps enhance the efficiency of primary healthcare and the accessibility of services. The successful selection this time marks that the company’s R&D capabilities and application value in the “medical + AI” field have once again received authoritative recognition.
In the next few years, Shanghai DeSmart will collaborate with the Xuhui District Health Service Management and Development Center, Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen), and 13 district-owned community health service centers to accelerate the implementation of the project and the optimization of scenarios. It will drive the upgrading of primary healthcare services through technology and contribute innovative strength to the construction of smart healthcare!
