Job Qualifications
1.Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above from a nationally recognized university. Majors in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields are preferred. Possess solid basic IT knowledge and the ability to quickly understand and master the company’s various products and technical solutions.
2.Work Experience
Have a deep understanding of data architecture and current data status. At least 8 years of consulting or implementation experience in the data field, covering areas such as data security management, data governance, master data management, data services, data architecture, metadata management, data modeling, data standards, data quality management, and data warehousing.
3.Professional Knowledge and Skills
Familiar with data governance systems; master relevant theories and management methods of data governance; possess a data management perspective and broad knowledge scope. Demonstrate strong capabilities in formulating solutions, communication, and content writing; be able to integrate theoretical systems with users’ actual scenarios for implementation. Priority will be given to candidates with basic knowledge of big data and rich practical experience. Strong logical thinking, PPT presentation, public speaking, and adaptability are preferred. Candidates with project experience in data governance or master data management are preferred. Familiarity with IT knowledge such as computer software, cloud computing, big data, and AI is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
1.The main responsibility of this position is to engage in pre-sales consulting work for the company’s projects using methodologies related to the data field and relevant business/technical knowledge, and participate in preliminary business consulting analysis and demand control during the implementation of key projects.
2.Responsible for the planning and consulting services of data governance frameworks, including planning and design in areas such as data security management, data standard management, data architecture management, metadata management, data quality management, data asset management, and data lifecycle management.
3.Responsible for the planning and consulting services of master data governance frameworks, including planning and design in areas such as data classification and standards, organizational responsibilities, management processes, data quality, data flow, data security, and management platforms.
4.Responsible for designing data governance/master data governance systems, specifications, and processes; including work such as planning the integration of data governance content with business processes, system construction, and application promotion.
5.Responsible for establishing data quality business rules, proposing data quality improvement plans, formulating data quality review mechanisms, and conducting work such as monitoring, tracking, and implementation to ensure the smooth operation of all links in data governance.
6.Responsible for data governance (data security, metadata, data catalog, data standards, data quality, etc.) for big data platforms and big data-related applications. Responsible for carrying out historical data cleaning work, including designing core processes for historical data and controlling the execution of historical data cleaning plans.

2.Work Experience
With over 5 years of work experience in roles such as software pre-sales engineer/consultant/architect or related positions, and familiar with the pre-sales process of IT projects.
Required to have hands-on development and practical capabilities in the target professional field, and be able to lead the completion of technical demonstrations and PoC (Proof of Concept) work.
3.Professional Knowledge and Skills
Proficient in technologies and implementation methods in the fields of application integration and data integration, with in-depth knowledge particularly in specialized areas such as ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), API management, BPM (Business Process Management), and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data collection and cleaning.
Need to have a certain level of understanding and ability to explain AI-related knowledge.
Have in-depth knowledge of the product technology systems of major domestic and foreign suppliers in the focused technical field.
Able to comprehensively understand the open-source software technology system.
At the same time, able to have a high level of understanding of the business or solutions in a specific industry or field, and be capable of compiling corresponding solutions and user cases.

1.Customer Demand Communication and Analysis
Responsible for in-depth communication with potential customers, accurately understanding and analyzing customer needs, including business needs, technical needs, and project background.

2.Technical Solution Design and Compilation
Combine the company’s own, cooperative vendors’ or open-source products and technical capabilities to design and compile detailed technical solutions, demonstrating the advantages and application effects of the products.
Track industry trends, understand competitors’ products and technologies, conduct competitive analysis and comparison, and provide suggestions for the company’s product optimization and market strategies.
3.Product Demonstration, PoC and Explanation
Participate in activities such as customer visits and technical exchange meetings, conduct product demonstrations, PoC, technical explanations and Q&A sessions, and enhance customers’ awareness and interest in the company’s products and solutions.
Capable of participating in promotional speeches and other marketing activities.
4.Technical Support and Collaboration
Collaborate closely with sales teams, product R&D teams and delivery teams, provide pre-sales technical support, and assist sales teams in achieving sales targets.
